3 in 1 – All inclusive

Believe it or not, there are four UNESCO protected world heritage sites nearer than 15km from the city center. They belong to a heritage site complex called „Old Ras“ which represents a combination of unique historical, artistic and architectural elements. The reason is very clear, the Serbian state was founded in this area in 12th century.

UNESCO sites visit tour

Itinerary: 9h – meeting in front of the travel agency at the city cetre and setting off to visit the one of the oldest monasteries in Serbia, Studenica Monastery. During the drive the tour guide will explain the history of Serbia, esphasising the story about the famous Nemanjic dinasty who build the monasteries and founded the first Serbian kingdom. 10-10:15 arrival at Studenica Monastery where visitors have a chance to enter the area, talk with the monks, take photos and buy suvenirs. 11h – departure to Peter’s Church 12h  -arrival to the the St. Peter’s Church, which is one of the oldest churches in Serbia built on the fondutions of the temples old more than 2 millena. 12:30 – departure to the monastery Đurđevi stupovi. 12:45 – arrival to the monastery Đurđevi stupovi. Here visitors have 30 minutes to visit the old monastery. The tour guide will give information about it. 13:15 – departure to the monastery Sopoćani. 13:45 – arricav at the monastery Sopoćani. Here visitors have 30 minutes to visit the old monastery. The tour guide will give information about it. 14:15 – departure to the city. Optional: lunch at the departure to the city with traditional food (10eu per person). 14:45 – return to the city at the meeting point in fron of the travel agency at the city centre. 16h- returen with lunch.
